The lymphatic system is a complex network of ducts and nodes that works in conjunction with the circulatory system to cleanse and protect the body. Lymphatic drainage massage is a technique that increases lymph flow and removes harmful substances from the tissues and neutralizes them in the nodes. It has also been shown that an increase in lymph flow stimulates an increased production of immunity enhancing lymphocyte white blood cells. Lymph Massage is very beneficial and complements the overall detoxification program of Internal Balance.

Cherrie LeFevers has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years. She is Vodder trained and certified in Lymphatic Massage, and certified to do Medical Massage.
